- This package includes the rosette detector, used in paper Shroom3 is required downstream of FGF signaling for
proneuromasts assembly in the zebrafish lateral line primordium.

How to use
- The package is developed in Matlab R2010a and tested on Ubuntu 10.04 X86_64.
It may require some tiny modifications for a different environment.
- The package is build on some other free software:
VLFeat v0.9.14 | export_fig Matlab tool
Please install the VLfeat toolbox before using the demo!
- Run demo.m in Matlab
- The program uses the detector model trained on our data. (Input images should have a pixel size equal to 0.26 micrometer in real world.)
For generalizing to new data with very different treatment, imaging condition or even different interested objects, it needs a retraining on the new (labelled) data.
